yes… as said previously… it’s what the brazilian judicial recovery process is all about… the banks have a guaranteed credit… that’s all… the courts won’t declare bankruptcy at these ore prices… nor will the banks execute their guarantees… the final settlement agreement has been circulated and is with the respective legal teams for review… completion is nearing…
