no… i can see exactly where you’re coming from… and the more i read my post… the more i’m coming around to it… it’s cleverly worded… they need a minimum of 75% of the scheme shares represented in the vote… for the vote to count… and a majority… 50% + 1vote… of those 75% or more votes… voting for the ganfeng takeover…

i managed to have a quick scan through the court docs ob linked to… dated yesterday… got the impression that the courts are keeping tabs on anglo’s finances in respect to the ongoing obligations anglo have in respect to the ongoing cases relating to port disaster… that happened before they sold it off to zamin… was there something i missed?…

twice the updated mre optimised pit shell… but $278 is nearly 3.5 times the 80p that was used in the jrp valuation model… so what’s that making the ebitda cash flow and free cash flow forecasts at this rate…

i thought the mm’s were a bit more mischievous than that… it’s they that move the bid and ask… in the 15sec decision time for instantaneous trades… to control what the trade goes on the books as… a buy or sell relative to the mid… and they use their ability to delay larger trades being booked to suit their own agenda for what they want the market to see those as too… so a large buy at 10am could be booked as a sell at 12… if the sp has gone up in the meantime… hence why they still get booked as a buy if the sp went down in the same period… they can’t book it as a sell when the mid drops below the trade price…

i’m not sure how the mm’s would be able to print a buy at ‘x’ as a sell when the sp had gone down during the 15second trade time they give you to decide… or vice versa for a sell where the sp had gone up in that time…
