you have to contract to accept… so your broker will simply ask you if you want to accept or not… they will then only include the number of shares relative to their customers who actively accept the offer… on their acceptance form / contract… in theory… you don’t need to do anything to reject the offer…

positive… it’s a contractual offer now… not a scheme… and each and every shareholder has the right to accept or reject the offer being made… ganfeng have stated that if they do manage to acquire over 90% as part of this contractual offer… they intend to acquire compulsorily the remaining bcn shares on the same terms as the offer…

it gets even more interesting the more that do accept this offer as it is… and ganfeng save and then use the spa to tempt the rest to sell… after they’ve taken them out…

they can’t give some shareholders zinnwald shares and not others… every share is equal… if they’re distributing shares as part of the offer… each and every shareholder will get their share of the distribution…

someone’s been buying in over the cash offer price 67.5p… is that peeps getting in for the 6.1p zinnwald bonus… or do ganfeng have a way of upping the ante… hope everyone’s voted for resolutions 1 and 2… ;)

a share buy back increases the value of the remaining shares in issue… sp = mcap / shares in issue…

so you keep saying fozdog… maybe this thread is more suited for you… leave the other thread for those prepared to fight for what they think is right… i don’t care if you accept the offer… if that’s what you think is right for you… you definitely should accept it…

that’s exactly what ganfeng are preying on now… ‘i don’t think enough people will reject the offer… so i’ll accept the offer’… lol… with their threat to delist we simply accept the 1st offer they’ve come up… regardless of how poor we think it is… rejecting the offer is part of the negotiations…
