i did say the banks lawyers would settle in the lobby… on the way into the hearing… although… if expiring the guarantees isn’t an option… the banks will get what they want if they don’t settle… bankruptcy… lol…

i’m surprised that the alternative option is complete failure / bankruptcy… he didn’t mention a demotion of the banks guaranteed credit status… so that option looks like it’s a definite none starter… still can’t see that the courts would allow bankruptcy from here though… he couldn’t have been much clearer on the status and delays in the banks settlement… so complete failure seems pretty much out of the question to me… with 300 employees now working on a successful jrp…

resolution 1… cancel the share premium account to provide the company with $90,954,210 of distributable profit…
resolution 2… approve the distribution of 90,619,170 zinnwald shares…

hard to say… both probably… maybe their votes will be offered on the same condition that mine will… is the profit small on those amounts… they clearly want an influence… and one that suits their position…

there’s really no need to panic… not yet anyway…

an announcement will be made when ganfeng have secured enough shares to get them above the acceptance condition %… 28.88% + ‘21.12%’ shares contracted to accept the offer (including the loi’s they have already)… over 50% total…

if we don’t get the above and they haven’t managed to get to this 50% threshold by 6th october… an announcement will be made on this day… and every seven days until the offer closes… updating us on how many contracted acceptances they have secured…

another announcement will be made when ganfeng have… 28.88% + ‘46.12%’ shares contracted to accept the offer (including the loi’s they have already)… over 75% total…

there will also be announcements on each day in the 7-day period leading up to the unconditional date… currently 14th november… giving us a daily update on how many shareholders have panic sold in the last remaining few days before the offer closes…

mmm… barclays now net zero… so they have 2.7% of the company… for which they get their 2.7% of the zinnwald distribution… and a 2.7% say in it’s future… all completely risk free… are we learning anything here…

what’s the gamble… ganfeng will have a bag of bcn shareholders swag at their disposal… and it’s a big bag… for use in the acquisition process if needed… and we will be notified of ganfeng’s progress in their contracted acquisition of bcn shares along the path to the end… 1st notification threshold is 50% i believe…

some serious stake building going on by some of those already over 1%… be interesting to see what the motive is behind this…

they will revert back to a scheme if/when they get to 82.22% acceptance… why… because it’s far easier to get to 100% that way…

good on ya hoh… the only way to get this offer up… is for everyone to do the same and show them we won’t just roll over to their de-list bullying threats… save bcn or get a fair deal… stand together pi’s…

the thing is… they can say those words with honesty and conviction… both ganfeng and m&g are shareholders… obviously looking after the interests of some shareholders more than others…
