i think they need to notify next day… when they break the 50% threshold on any day… so can’t have done that already… i’m guessing tomorrow’s update will confirm their current holdings plus those already loi’d… unless coincidentally they got a flurry of acceptances coming in today taking them over 50%… now that some brokers have gone live with the offer…

have they dipped in to our dipa financing account… recovering informs new blocking of your bank account… it requires that the payments of costs and expenses be made via banco do brasil sa using amounts from the escrow account…

14th november is the anticipated unconditional date… they can accelerate or extend that… which will all depend on their progress in meeting the conditions and getting shareholders to accept their offer…

nothing has changed since my post 18sep… and they have missed the date (21st september) to accelerate to the earliest unconditional date… we’re now on a rolling minimum 14-day acceleration notice… earliest unconditional date being 15th october… if they rns today…

let’s see how many shares they’ve managed to contract when they notify next week… i’m surprised they haven’t got over the 50% notifiable threshold yet… so maybe sticking to the schedule at the moment… until the other conditions have been met…

hope we didn’t agree to this on the wrong basis… i.e. if we were told we’d be getting au$3m for our bit…

we didn’t pay £1.6m for our 29%… we had 100% valued at £2.15m…

if he secures the licenses and other dipb&c conditions whilst he’s there… it could be 27% he comes back with… 9% in each bag… ;)
