a $90,954,210 cash distribution makes perfect sense to me… then throw ganfeng’s part of that into the pot to up the offer to the max…

you agree the current offer from ganfeng is fair do you… they’re pulling a fast one… daylight robbery… i’m not overly happy with £1… it will be a begrudgingly accepted payment… for what will be the worlds #1 lithium mine… price quality and quantity… the project was fully funded and just needed ganfeng to chip in their half of the reminder of the funding… but no… they want it all… for a song…

this is good news as it now also gives ganfeng access to ‘our profits’ to distribute to us shareholders as part of the deal… without having to go back to their shareholders for additional funding… £1 is still my minimum… great that it is now doable…
