if my calcs are correct… it looks like this settlement is pretty much in line with what the courts were setting aside from the stockpiles shipments made / authorised to date… for eventual repayment the banks once they completed the settlement agreement… 10%…

$103m is the total for all creditor classes i to iv…
most / all of that ~$130m discount… is in this settlement agreement… for bringing these repayments forward it would seem…

what’s today’s value of the stockpiles… for a line in the sand…

it’s every shareholders worst nightmare… getting taken out on the cheap before real value is reflected in the share price… got to keep everything crossed that the bod actually believe what they tell you and know themselves what it’s worth… and what a minimum fair price they’d recommend would be for a sale for…

the rns says the offer will remain open for acceptance until further notice… it’s confirming that those who accepted the offer by the unconditional date will be paid by 31dec… that’s not a deadline for dissidents to accept by…
