interesting that this re-establishes the link between sonora and what we’re then wlc now lac… for anyone that remembers when it was us that had strategic investments in both… i can’t help thinking about tesla’s… not that you can go anywhere without seeing one these days… ;)
trr being listed also helps us with the transparency for the project… like anglo pacific with their amapa royalties… we should see the production values go through trr’s annual reports…
i think that transaction underscores my previous valuation for our 3.6% interest in the 17.5/35mtpa project… which i will gladly post again in this thread…
bcn feasibility study at $11/kg lce… ?88% la ventana… 12% jv… ?96.4% ganfeng… 3.6% kdnc… ?pre-tax npv8 $1,250m… $1,205m / $45m…
3.6%/1.5%=2.4x… go on then… i’ll have a double… $90m…
(aj informs the return of documents to the debtor)… aware of the return of documents… inform the debtor and the banks union about the conclusion of the agreement…
slight correction to the translation… tell=inform…
i am glad that they managed to secure 90% whilst bcn is still a listed company… for transparency reasons mainly… i wonder if they will ditch their plans to de-list as they no longer need to use that threat to bully shareholders into selling… or will kdnc be the only listed company on aim / outside china where shareholders can invest in sonora lithium this time next week… after tuesday close…
possibly… ‘tis true that i can’t discount the fact that they may have bought 2,570,313 shares on market… to go with the 110,933,697 they reported to own previously… added to the acceptances received that is stated at 235,987,368…
