it should be new year’s eve… or within 14-days from when you accept the offer… whichever is the later… the offer is still open for acceptance… until further notice…

that’s generally how they do these… after hours… you should use an rns notification service so you don’t miss out the next time… for me… it was strategically timed so that the share value was low on the distribution record date… for taxation purposes mainly… clever financial management by ganfeng… lol… they mustn’t have got theirs either… no holdings rns issued yet…

and i won’t mind if they reinvest my profits into the sonora lithium project #2… rather than pay me a dividend either…

weiss now up to 5.43%… although they’re reporting against 384,144,901 shares in issue… and not the 387,136,502 that have been actually been allotted… no form 8.3… have those reporting requirements finished now it’s unconditional…

are you all saying that once all retail have gone… ganfeng can’t buy bcn shares on the open market… after the offer has been declared unconditional… whilst bcn are still a plc… up to the point ganfeng close the offer… (when they’ve got the 90% they need to squeeze)…

i’m quite looking forward to going into the 75%-90% abyss… if they’re struggling to get 75%… 90% will be much more harder to achieve…

when do the others need to start reporting their sells to ganfeng… if they have accepted the offer… and no longer hold the number of shares last reported…

dee… do you know how many retail shares are still pledged to think big and reject the offer… is it more than 3,482,612… appreciate many will have cracked already as more pressure is applied…

i don’t believe that the offer timetable is suspended… they have declared it unconditional… so 17th dec was day60… the unconditional date… the order of events overriding any notices and acceptance reports that they would have needed to give us if they hadn’t got over the 50% acceptance condition before obtaining macc1… the offer is now open until further notice… when ganfeng do close the offer… they will have 3-month to get to 90% to squeeze out the remaining shareholders…

that actually makes it even more of a coincidence doesn’t it… they got exactly 25.00% based on the yet to be issued at the time options…
