First I’ve heard...

Even though it’s tempering to take £2,500 profit and run I think I’d be stupid to sell at this price. Still way undervalued. I’m holding, I’m trying to stop looking until December 2021

Yeah I had 7,500 shares in Menzies at £1.20, sold at dead on £2.50 a share. Then I bought another 1,350 at £2.10 a share and I’ll hold these for a little. Great to hear we both did well!

Regarding CARD and the Financial Times a analysts saying within 12 months - £1.30 a share. In fairness that can be meaningless. But I can see £1.30/£1.50 within 12 months. From looking at the recovery of other stocks too this should be easy. That’s when I check a month or so ago. I’m not a member of the newspaper anymore sadly.

Well the CFO did a few months back. He topped up!
Karen would’ve been had she still be on the board no doubt haha!

As for the others they’ve never been really interested in buying into CARD.

Look at Menzies (Cargo & Refuelling) only one director topped up in the pandemic (maybe two actually) they still made me 100% profit. Don’t be too put off by that. The one board members too busy with Greggs anyway. ;)

If they ask us for cash they can have the money. Nobody in their right mind on this forum for starters who isn’t already invested isn’t going to take up their positions. We’d be daft not too. This is a profitable business with so much potential. Their online presence is getting better day by day. I’m sat with £20k ready for such an event. Card has my full support and I’m sure many others. Staff are clearly in stores at the moment getting ready as I’ve looked though the windows inside two local stores in Wales on Saturday and stocks being moved around and unpackaged. (I visited M&S food a few shops away see) Christmas stocks was on the floor being organised too. So movement is taking place.

TheSmiler, You can think what you like. Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. However I feel as if I know the industry a little better than yourself.

IMO Outdoor open air tourism attractions will be open by April.

I believe outdoor tourism attractions will be open by the start of April/Easter. Time shall be the teller of that though ;)
Non-essential retail too. Start of April.

I live in Wales, and I work in the tourism sector.
I think we’ll be gearing to re-open in less than one month.
30 days isn’t much in the grand scheme of things.

I’ve topped up slightly.
I’m now holding 20,000 shares. £8,000 spent.
Average of 39p

I will top up if I’m needed to do so. Once they announce shops will reopen its an instant 20% return and back up to 50p minimum.
80p by Summer
£1.30 by December 2021

Once stores re-open - £0.55p+ Easy.
Summer 2021 - £0.90p
December 2021 - £1.30 (Financial Times predict £1.30 within 12 months)

Who knows! Imagine.
18,325 shares with an average of £0.40 = £7,330
18,325 shares December 2021 at £1.30 = £23,822 (£16,492 profit) I’m feeling hopeful for some dividend too!

I’m quite happy to hold these for 3-5 years so I’m in no rush!
