You haven’t factored in Banking fees, warehouses, equipment, POS system fees, monthly banking fees, PDQ machines, insurances, internet, water rates, COVID signage etc

Closed businesses have quite a few outgoings believe it or not.

We keep winning contracts although we’re down 8% this week. Wonderful

I’m not invested in CARD now as I took my profit and left to invest into IAG, MNZS and Rolls Royce however you’ve got the potential to 100% this within 6 months easily.

A lot of people do buy online for sure, but having visited two Hammerson sites after COVID. I can confirm both we’re extremely busy! Most shops were rented and had businesses inside. A few empty but not many at all. This is a buy IMO and I’ll continue to do so.

Danf, You are right £2.30 is about pre pandemic price, not £1.60.

When I visited West Quay a few days ago in Southampton I was totally impressed, staff were second to none. On the ball providing first aid to someone who had a fall. Highly Professional, VERY clean. Honestly I couldn’t find a bad word to say about the place other than the £4.50 to car my car for 4 hours (can’t complain too much I suppose) second property I have visited of Hammerson’ and both have been the best shopping experiences ever. I’ve bought more shares too!

Which means 1,392 free shares for me at the current price, come December when the dividends hits.
