FY24 Full Year Results show
53w to 3rd Feb 2024
Operating profit of £927m - the CEO of said profits were up 3.4% - 4 months ago on an interview compared to last FY. Which means around
£31m more = £958m for the JD Sports Group.
Courir generates €50m in profits annually with sales of €725m
Hibbett generates £131m in pretax income with sales revenue of £1.73bn
Therefore next year we should look roughly as below based on current revenue from JD before they purchased the two brands mentioned.
FY26
£12.9bn in revenue at minimum
£1.1bn in gross profits at minimum
I see most of our customer base spending more after their pay rises for younger persons, I don’t see revenue reclining as such, I see larger discounts from wholesalers due to our buying power too.
That’s my prospective, please don’t shoot the messenger on the numbers, I got these from FY result files, there could be some errors on my part.
