This week, Perseus signed formal agreements with the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania to progress development of our 80% owned Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania. A formal signing ceremony was held at the project on 20 August to execute these mission critical agreements with the Government of Tanzania.

Prior to Perseus recently announcing our Final Investment Decision to develop the US$524m Nyanzaga Gold Project, our team engaged extensively with Tanzania’s Government Negotiating Team and other key government officials and authorities to agree amendments to important agreements governing the development of the project that had originally been struck between the Government and the prior owner of the project.

Negotiations were aimed at removing ambiguities in the terms of existing agreements between the Government and Perseus and were conducted in a cordial and positive atmosphere by both sides, reflecting well on the Tanzanian Government’s ambition to open its doors to foreign investment and to encourage foreign participation in its highly valuable mining industry.

We look forward to keeping shareholders updated as we continue to advance towards first gold at Nyanzaga in Q1 CY27.

Why are people talking of delisting when nothing has changed on the operational side. It's only the CLNs that are churning through on and off, and we all know a dearth of exciting news is due, but I still think something bigger is going on in the background, something which I hope might sting the small shorts and 10% traders who are trying to spread the doom and gloom yet again. McNol, where are you? lucky devil. Have one of those drinks for me :)

Morning all, just a hunch, but I definitely think there is something going on at Nishant's end, and this is causing the delay. What if the ML for Tanzania is to be transferred in to someone else's name? thus causing the hold up? what if someone is taking us out on the Tanzania end, hence a change in ML name, and a hold up? I'm certain the Middle East will be after that helium, and he has so many connections with the Middle East, and mining/gas companies connected to the same. As I say, just a hunch, but he has to have been brought in for a reason, and why the delay for this long? with just a "due course" and not "shortly" for instance?

As soon as we get news, this lot of negheads sell out again for their 10% and disappear, until they return for yet another go, given the chance! So frustrating. The company really do need to get a grip of this.

I'd rather be positive about a share I'm invested in, that deramp and post endless negativity for a share I'm not invested in. I take it you are the latter, so why bother to be here? My experience over the years is that people who haven't invested or have withdrawn their investment, move on, and don't post any more, so why are you here other than to clearly cause trouble on behalf of who?

Whatever it was called is still available for share chat? I used to be a member, and they only allow you to be a member if you produce your ID etc, so that it stops all this multi handle business and plants on forums like this, which is getting way out of hand, as there are clearly people here chatting to themselves using a number of handles. So fed up with it all. It's easy to spot them, but nothing is done about it.

It's beyond painful now, hoping for an RNS tomorrow in true HE1 fashion for a Thursday. Come on, try and support those who have been loyal to you for a change.

Blubay bought back in yesterday I bet, when there was a sign this might be pumped up! Hence the more positive post this morning! All fun and games.

Hi Crypt and Expon3ntial, thank you so much for thinking of me. No news at the moment. Still battling it out, what with 2 missed diagnoses now, the combo of which can have life threatening results, I'm not exactly feeling ecstatic, but that's life, and I'm grateful for what I have, the relative safety we live in, and that I have a roof over my head. Let's hope a rise tomorrow can bring me a bit of cheer that I so desperately need, as we all do. Nite all. Sleep well xx
