They could have come to existing shareholders for the money in its entirety. It would have been raised, and without this horrendous fall of sp. I'm nearly 90k down, don't know if anyone else is worse off? but I'm still holding, and topping up here and there, as it could go either way of course!

Wrong Blubay, shareholders own a slice of the company. We therefore have a right to challenge the Board as the shareholders employ them to run the company in the best interests of shareholders/investors.

If it happens, we should all apply together to the court for the directors to be struck off and for any proceeds received by them to be put back in the shareholder pot for division, but no doubt they will have removed all funds to the BVI unless it's done quickly.

M/C now at 19 mill. Get's anywhere near 10 mill it will be an absolute bargain for a major to take the risk and buy the company out! and get the ML transferred. I still wonder if that might explain the hold up, if the ML is being transferred to someone else?

Today's the 10th, I honestly thought there might be news on the signing ceremony by now. The general elections are on 29 October, so it's cutting it fine to now have the ceremony before then, and then I've no idea who any opposing party is and what their views are should they get in to power?

Perhaps its time we push for an EGM and a vote for an ordinary shareholder to be co-opted to the Board to represent shareholders interests?

It is what it is beasty, but it should bounce back albeit that many are so disillusioned now that they will jump ship along the way. It's a real shame the company just haven't got a grasp of how to do PR for aim listed companies, imo. Perhaps the real reason is that the company want us retail investors out, and someone is itching to pick up the shares!
