As you will see from AIM reg 19, they are now in breach of the accounts rules which specifically states "no later than 6 months"

They can only be suspended for a max of 6 months in accordance with AIM regs, after that they will be automatically de-listed if they do not comply with the regs

You missed out the auditing regs that came in a short while ago which I reported on a week or so ago. That is why I made a complaint to the FRC for them to investigate, as the company which includes it's directors personally, are connected to Russia, the assets are in Russia, they employ Russian people to work at the mines, so as I see it, there is no way that their accounts can be audited by Grant Thornton or anyone else here and as they are a British company, that will be a massive issue. The addition now of legal services will be a further hammer blow. What are they going to do about the two High Court cases? are their legal teams going to withdraw? In my view, they shouldn't have taken the cases on in the first place! My views.

Stretch, my view, but things were being set up on the Cyprus side, subsidiaries, offshore accounts by the looks of things, well in advance. I think the company knew the war was coming. Why didn't they complete the Rosgeo buy out? They didn't need to, they knew what was coming, and they would be de-listed from here as they are a British company with russian assets and at that time a russian national on the Board, whom they then had to swiftly remove, but in all likelihood, it wasn't enough, as the assets are in Russia, and they employ staff who are Russian nationals, so they knew their get out of jail card was extremely limited! They had 8 years to make a sale of something, just MT, but they didn't do it, ever ask yourself why? My theory is they were never going to sell anything, because at the end of the day, it's more lucrative to them to finally return their assets to themselves (inhouse in Russia) and then do as they please. Dmitry won't lose out, not at all, Christian has already got his golden handshake I suspect, and the rest will be okay. NN will no doubt pick up in a private deal from the Russian side eventually. The BOD have made sure they are safe regardless! Suspension and de-listing will free them from the Queeld case, as there will be no UK registered company, it will be dissolved, and if they can't trade and have no assets in this jurisdiction what can Queeld do about it? zilch. They might try to recover funds from offshore accounts, if they get a judgment in their favour, but that's always a tricky one, and very difficult to achieve, in fact nigh on impossible, and they are not going to get access to any metals in Russia. I wonder whats left of the £4 mill? Probably nothing now. Where the £20 mill+ is, who really knows? I hope the auditors can find out but I suspect they won't. My views. Time to catch up on other stuff and whether I take a huge gamble for me and go to Bournemouth to do a Masters. No company in their right mind will audit anything to do with Russia, I'm pretty sure, and petroneft have shown that this afternoon, with their rns and suspension as a result, the implications would be horrific, auditors could lose their licences and the fines will be hefty. To my mind, the company should have rns'd saying we acknowledge the new regs in place for auditing of accounts and are taking legal advice on the same and will update shareholders once the position has been made clear to the BOD. But they didn't because yet again, they knew if they actually told the truth, there would be a mass exodus and a drop in the sp to the floor, so they say the bare minimum and leave you in the dark. It's also not just the accounts, there's still the issue of why the auditors did not make sure the BOD notified shareholders of the Queeld litigation that started in early December 2021. They had 6 months to sort that out and make sure it was referenced at the latest in the annual report. but no, nothing, and so shareholders were hoodwinked, unawares of what was now happening and how that might detrimentally affect their own individual shareholdings. It would seem they weren't being honest to me, as they must have known at this point that there would be issues surrounding auditing. I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect there will be a suspension before open on Monday and I very much doubt that this time around they will come back from it. I suspect it was all planned but that's my view. DR you're deluded, they were trying to sell MT to two parties in early 2015 and couldn't even manage that!

I would say this, but everybody has their own investment strategy and i appreciate that, but right now, if you're holding a reasonable amount of shares, I would not want to be locked in to this over the weekend. You just don't know if there might be a suspension. I'd be looking at lifting a wedge if it were me, and then seeing where the land lies on Monday, but as angry as I am with the Board, my holding is miniscule now as you all known, so I'm not affected, but if I were still holding a wedge, I'd be seriously worried about possible suspension. I've been very worried about MAR not being adhered to here and have been for some time, especially with no proper accountability as to what has happened with ALL the money raised for the Rosgeo JV buy out. To all intents and purposes, this is a russian company shrouding itself with a very thin veil by being registered in England. It doesn't have offices here, it has no assets here, and in my view, it should never have been allowed to have been registered here. It had russian nationals on the Board, DS having been removed rather swiftly just before the war was announced! Churakov sold his shares by the back door and didn't tell the Board, or perhaps he did, but they decided to keep stum until they knew they would be whistleblown, bearing in mind the litigation that ensued! As time has marched on, it's got murkier and murkier and now no one knows anything, other than those who can hopefully officially investigate as to what is where and with whom exactly! My views!
