RE: Positive ASX cross listing and value enhancing FS options24 Jun 2023 23:14
Sandgrounded, I hold nearly as many shares as you, and that is again another huge risk I've taken in an AIM listed share and sincerely hope this one doesn't go pear shaped, but I understand your concerns, however, I do think SD has a plan and that ultimately, those that stay the course will benefit, after all, Australian instis will want to make something out of this too. However, I remember SD saying in one of the interviews that there was the possibility of rebates from the Aus govt, and although the link is a 2021 article, it probably helps to explain why i think he wants the ASX listing, because to access those tax incentives, I suspect there has to be an ASX listing. I don't think there's actually anything sinister in it, but I agree, i would hope that the consolidation, if it happens, comes much later on, when the sp is considerably higher than where it is of now. Anyone remember the AML consolidation? The sp went from pennies to pounds on the consolidation from memory. Least of all, don't forget, we've got the JV with RTZ, and that is some massive coup for a junior to pull that off and attract one of the biggest names in the mining world! Keep the faith. The sp is clearly being manipulated and we need to keep a level head and try and outwit the MMs in their games! If we can just throw in lots of little buys, the MMs will be forced to lift the sp, they have no excuse to drop it further, not now IMO.
