It all comes down to WANT2 Jul 2023 16:54
if you want something to happen, you've got to know what it is you want, otherwise it's a non starter. i don't believe the board ever wanted to sell anything, they've never changed their stance from 'potential' sale and they've never communicated an offer. they've been trying to sell so they say since 2015, but did they want to sell? i don't think so. i don't think it was ever on the cards and uk shareholders have been played like a t because aim allows it because of the sh+t shower show of no proper regulation. time and time again companies list on aim, raise money and then take off, in the meantime, the board have feathered their own pockets at shareholders expense. i'm certain this will suspend tomorrow, particularly bearing in mind that mnrg has suspended and cs is a director there. what i find very interesting there is they were quick to rns about the commencement of litigation, and to keep shareholders updated on the said litigation because they were taking it, yet they couldn't be ****d to inform shareholders here that they were being sued by four different entities! there is no defence to their actions and i have made this clear to the frc, and i cannot possibly see how grant thornton can audit these accounts, as they failed to make sure the board drew the attention to shareholders of the change in circumstances with the commencement of litigation when the company produced last year's annual report and set of accounts. that, to me, smacks of professional negligence, but that's my view, and i will await the decision of the frc. so my view is that they will suspend, but they will suspend because the auditors cannot sign off, especially with the new regs in place as well, and it will then be a count down to whether they will automatically be delisted, which in my view, the company actually wants, so it's rid of the uk connection and its shareholders. that also squashes the the litigation because the company will be dissolved, and the directors will no longer hold office, and it will crop up as a part of a new entity somewhere else, probably the bvi as ds has monies stashed out there i believe. i suspect we will never know what happened to the monies raised for the rosgeo buy out, but then again, that's probably why the mystery investor was kept a mystery, so that no one could trace them to try and find out about it all! there never was any sale mac and you know that full well, after all, you will be privy to inside information no doubt tut tut! these are entirely my views. still angry, like all the other genuine investors here. i would love to know what the amendment is that was filed in the particulars of claim on friday and by which side if anyone knows.
