So this is interesting, only gone through the first couple of pages of nuffin's postings since he joined in July 2020. His first postings are on amigo, on 20 July stating "bored of all the traders on here and multiple accounts...", same date, "I'm sure within the next 12 months this company will become far healthier" - didn't it go in to administration or near enough? then starts picking on a poor poster Cloudstrife making the same threats as he does here. Also on 20 July starts using the abbreviation 'wtf', now that's interesting, so I'm drawing the conclusion that wtf and nuffin are the same person! Same date he goes on to say "this board is like the utter ..... I have to work day in and day with in the local authorities and the nhs, waste time money ....... so this is a person who has obviously decided to take up trading since the pandemic began, quite a novice, and thinks he knows it all. 21 July on the same share he starts attacking lawyers within his comments, now there's a surprise. 21 July also on the same share "straight answer to all of this is the company will not go busy, it will get better ......" - what an absolute clown! I haven't bothered going through the other 165 or so pages, not yet, but I'm sure it will be entertaining and an eye opener. Not to be trusted this one at all.

I read the particulars of claim and first amended particulars of claim. I know what was stated where it says "And the Plaintiffs claim". I have not seen what was filed on Friday. They are stating that because they couldn't have their share certificates they couldn't sell their shares. The problem is they were estopped from selling so the only person who can work out on hearing evidence from both sides what the claimants might have been entitled to if they win the case, is the Judge, and he will have to decide when they would have sold, how many they would have sold, and at what price. It's difficult to quantify until the Judge has first decided whether the claimants should be given judgment in their favour, and then he will hear evidence on the losses and he will have to determine those. My views but it's there in black and white where they state they claim damages to be assessed, and you will see they don't give figures. If they win, they will also ask for a judgment that all their legal costs be paid. I don't think it will get that far though, as I'm not sure the company can continue running, do you? That £4 mill must be nearly gone! Again, my views. End of.

Wrong, they stated in March 2015 that they had two interested parties for MT, but obviously nothing came of it. The war was an additional distraction, they had 7 years prior to that to sell something but they sold nothing!

What planet are you on wtf? you are totally delusional. They have at point 5 I think it was, stated a claim for damages, they haven't quantified it because it's impossible to quantify it at this stage. If they win the case, they will ask the Judge to assess the actual amount of damages which will be based on how many shares it was likely they would have sold and when, and at what price. The Judge will then have to determine what might have been reasonable in that respect based on the balance of probabilities. That's why they haven't quantified the damages in the particulars of claim, it will state to be assessed. My views.

Everyone should take a time out and reconvene at 7am tomorrow. There's nothing anyone can do other than wait. What's clear is they are now in breach of the accounts rules, and so the immediate question is, do they rns them before 8am tomorrow, or are they going to suspend? If you want something to do, have a vote on which way you think it will go as there's nothing else that can be said about this mess. My views.

And what's delusional about a high court case where damages could be significant, and the lawyers would want to safeguard any funds entering the UK, if they were to enter the UK, to make sure their clients would be compensated as much as possible if they win their case? I see it's a possible offer. The sanctions have tightened in the last few weeks, even to the extent that lawyers look as though they are now going to be embargoed and not allowed to act for any outfit with russian assets. Anyhow, I did say even if it should happen, I still think Queeld's lawyers would then take steps to safeguard those funds in case their clients win the high court case. My views.

Have they got any high court cases against them?

All lawyers have to report anything suspicious regarding funds or any aspect of their client that they have suspicions about. Once reported, lawyers have to wait clearance from NCA which takes months, and anything with Russia involved in it will take an absolute age for sure. If a lawyer does not report, he leaves himself open to imprisonment, so it's not worth the risk, everyone I suspect is reporting everything at the moment and awaiting clearance or otherwise. I very much doubt there would be any clearance of funds here by the NCA as the assets are Russian. Even if clearance were given, which is highly doubtful, as I say, if I were acting for Queeld and Mispare, I would then immediately be applying for a restraining order to have those funds seized so that they cannot be disposed of until that case is finalised. I would very much like to know what was amended in that amended particulars of claim filed on Friday in the Queeld case. It could have a significant bearing on everything here. Does anyone have access to it other than IKN who can never report properly?

Doesn't matter, the funds relate to assets within the Russian federation, no one in their right mind will touch anything right now that has anything to do with russian assets, the risks are too enormous, and in any event, wherever the money came from, it would be flagged up and reported and would have to wait clearance, and when it's checked out that is a British company with russian assets, it isn't going to happen, as they will start investigating in compliance with MAR and the whole shebang and lets face it, they might then look at where the $35 mill is? they will also see that there are high court proceedings here, and you can bet your bottom dollar that if any money came in from anywhere, the lawyers for Queeld and Mispare would immediately apply to injunct it, so as to safeguard their clients position pending the outcome of the trial. You are not going to see anything. My views.

They cannot possibly sell anything right now. They are a UK company. They are registered in the jurisdiction of England and Wales. Their lawyers are here. Any sale proceeds would have to go through the UK banking system and in to the British lawyers accounts, there is no way around that, and it can't be done, because of MAR and the ever increasing sanctions, there is no way that will happen. Any lawyer here would have to get clearance from the NCA or whatever it is these days, and it isn't going to happen. So talk of a sale is absolute rubbish. It's not going to happen. It will suspend tomorrow because the auditors I doubt will have signed the accounts off, unless they know where the Rosgeo money is and can account for it properly and unless they can establish why they did not report as the high court proceedings last year. I suspect however we might just see the Nomad walk, as at the end of the day, he's the one who has to carry the can for the total incompetence all round. My views of course.
