If they lose the High Court case, this company will be binned. All you can do now is await the judgment on it after the trial, if the trial does take place the week of 13 November. Nothing will happen until that is determined. As I say, if they lose, who is going to pick up the tab? No one asked at the AGM, so no one is none the wiser, yet it was a crucial question to be answered, because if they lose, damages will be well in to the millions for two major shareholders who couldn't sell their shares when the sp was bouyant!
