For the record, I have never said I reported this company to the FCA, it was cloudtag shenanigans that I reported involving Aberdeenman aka Mac and his cohorts. There is an investigation here, as far as I am aware, but it involves the company indirectly so to speak, and is not through the FCA, but it hinges on whether shareholders should have been informed of the High Court proceedings as soon as they were issued.

I've no doubts in my mind that SD is being primed for the Australian division of Rio! and Rio have their asx listing, why was ours suddenly cancelled?!

Summit, SD is being schooled, he will go to the Rio Board in time, watch this space, but Rio will not want Newmont anywhere near operations. Rio get what Rio want, they came to Shaun, ask yourself why? it wasn't just for gold, the Rio board are looking for new young talent in their boardroom.

I know the mentality of Rio, you work with them, with them taking the lead, or they cut you dead! If Rio don't want Newmont around, and if Shaun wants to stay on the right side of Rio, the 30% tying us to Newmont will be gone. Did anyone ask what Rio's view is of us staying connected with Newmont? Probably not, but I'd like to have heard the answer.

There's bigger fish to fry with Rio and Rio will want our 100% full commitment. More money will be made through Rio ultimately and Rio will excavate at pace, they are already well established in the area, plus RIo can assist in carrying on exploring and with land grabbing. Rio will not want us involved with Newmont, Newmont is their biggest competitor, and Rio will dictate to Shaun what they want, take it or leave it, and if Shaun might want the chance of a seat on the Board of Rio, he'll listen, and I can see him being on the Board of Rio in due course, and what a coup that would be for him.

Aqua that wouldn't make sense for him getting the independent MRE, as assumedly, if that comes out with higher figures, we're going to have to pay more, so I don't think that is what is behind it. I think Newmont will take our 30% and then sell the whole 100%!

I'm still wondering if there's going to be a two pronged attack by Newmont i.e. they will buy our 30% first of Tel/Hav, so that they can then onward sell the whole 100%, and at a much higher price of course? I can't see anyone wanting to buy just a 70% share, they will want the whole, and I agree in that I don't think Newmont will want it, they have other plans, so I think it makes more sense for them to take the 30% and then sell as fully owned, and this is why I think SD is getting his own independent MRE, I think he's seen Newmont's figures, which are way below par, and so he needs our own as a bargaining tool to get the best price possible before letting that 30% go. I'm sure he knows full well what's going to happen and has known for some time, but obviously he is bound by confidentiality!

but if master mcquail is looking in, this all started with the enticing twitter posts of alexei boucherer claiming everything was going to be big for the company, driving around the mining territory, teasing investors with soil samples, moving offices, appearing with dmitry, then a board member, at a conference in front of a sign displaying the initials nn for norilsk nickel, and both of them smiling. who is really alexei boucherer, because when it became apparent that not all was it seems, he swiftly disappeared from twitter?!

and then all the other monumental **** ups and yet still the company persuaded investors that everything was hunkidory and a sale of assets was looming. how on earth aim regulation allowed it all to continue defies belief.

what was alexei churakov doing selling all those shares and yet the company stated the day after that they knew nothing about it?

why did the previous nomad walk, without explanation, and we were suspended through the dark ages of hell?

why did dmitry suddenly leave the board and we got suspended again whilst some internal row was afoot?

why were we never told about either court case from the company when both have and had the capacity to affect our investments and were price sensitive matters?and especially so when cs seems capable of announcing proceedings in another company he is involved in!

where has the rosgeo money gone that was raised to complete the rosgeo buy out?

why were the 'nickel' assets removed in to subsidiary companies?

the list is endless, especially from 2019 onwards! there's been so many shenanigans and i hope the judge manages to grasp the whole farce!

and when it comes to queeld and mispare, i'll use the analogy of the man on the clapham omnibus, but the man on the clapham omnibus would expect his shares certificates to be replaced if he lost them, certainly on providing the offer of an indemnity, just remember, that could be or have been any of you in the same predicament, and if the company treated you in the same way as it has treated these two shareholders, how would you feel, in that you had comms with them for 3 years before then having to take proceedings against the very company you had invested your hard earned cash? think about it, it could easily be any of you if, especially if link happened to lose the data, and with things as they are with cyber attacks, you can never say never these days! my views.
