The company has some explaining to do imo, they concealed from investors that they were the defendants in a High Court action, that has the potential for an award of substantial damages if the case is lost. I think the company need to get their own house in order first, don't you?

I hope Master McQuail reads this forum, and understands how angry some investors are at having lost thousands and thousands through what has gone on here with all the shenanigans.

Your continual threats don't frighten me IKN, I think the company have a lot more to worry about over the High Court case right now, don't you? Also, in my defence, I raised the issue of Mac and his cohorts with the FCA back in 2016, so I'm quite happy for all of that to come out in to the public domain, including what Mac told me when I met him in person, and what another third party told me about lies being spun by another company which Mac had been spearheaded to assist, and Mac was at the private dinner of the 'disciples' where the geologist admitted to this third party that the company was telling an outright lie, and a whopper of one, to investors. So yes, there's a lot that can come out in the wash, trust me, and quite a bit of it has already been reported, so I will also call the FCA to account as to why they did absolutely nothing which could have then saved many investors from the same fate that has occurred here at the hands of the same people who have frequented this forum under different monikers but are clearly one and the same.

I've had an idea, so the company tried to produce a late witness in to the Court proceedings, but the Master gave that short shrift. Well, I think there are plenty of us who have been invested here at one time or another who would be very happy to be added in as late witnesses for the claimants case, we can then let the Master hear what a shambles this investment has been and all the shenanigans that have gone on in the past 4/5 years including the Nomad shouting from the roof tops that a massive special divi was looking likely, even though no asset had been sold and no formal offers made, a spurious ACF report, and much much more, and not forgetting the mysterious sale of Churakov's shares and the company claim they knew nothing about it until after it had happened, the same company who are supposed to exercise control of their share register through their share registrars, and should know in a flash if anyone has sold a mass of shares to anyone else, YET, they won't allow the claimants to even have a chance to sell theirs, tut tut! Come on claimants, get an interlocutory application in and seek interim injunctive relief over the Board's shares and anything else you can get your hands on, before the ship finally sinks, and the Russian State finally claim victory by having never relinquished their precious metals! all imo of course, but as an investor who lost at the hands of these merchants I feel I have every right to voice my anger. And iknownuffin, I am not Helen, I am not the duck, and your continual abuse of me is there for all to see on this forum, and if you think I'm in the firing line, then believe me, I'm taking you along with me for your abuse and harassment of me, so don't think you are going to escape scot free, and get away lightly, as you won't have a leg to stand on, trust me.

Summit, ask the company outright, if they lose the case, what's the score, does it have the potential to wipe it out with any damages that might be ordered against them? they have never made it clear, so ask them and find out for yourself. And yes, by getting themselves in to a position of High Court proceedings being taken against the company, they took investors in to it with them and yet they failed to inform investors of the situation, and now the sp is nearing the floor! The sp was around 21p when those proceedings started, now look, so ask them, demand answers from them, what happens if they lose the Queeld case? how will it affect investors? I cannot understand why none of you ask the most basic and essential question arising from the court proceedings. my views. Coffee time.

Trowtech I get attacked there in the same vein as here, clearly by some here who are multi monikered and find it funny to be abusive, take what I have said totally out of context, and thrown personal abuse in to the mix. The writing was on the wall here long ago, the pumping of the sp from the ashes to 43p was an obvious sign, but many got caught in to the bullcarp that was spouted from mac and his robin hooders, but that was the point, he did it on cloudtag, he did it on 88E, he did it on UKOG, the list is endless, but he did a grand job for the company and robbed ordinary investors. The problem is, at that time, peeps didn't realise that 1) the company had done that interview in march 2015 stating they had interested parties in MT, so already a number of years had passed with nothing happening, and b) the unexcavated minerals remain the property of the russian state whilst unexcavated, and the mining licences are effectively worthless until the metals are excavated! It was always risky with so called 'assets' on russian soil, but it does feel as though shareholders have been absolutely played, hook, line and stinker! my views.

Of course the court case affects company strategy, that's why they're not doing anything, it's not worth their while to do anything, and they will have been advised of that, I'm sure. If they lose, the damages have the potential to wipe them out! I suspect the claimants couldn't care less now, they will be happy if the company is wiped out after what has happened to them. Do you not even contemplate IKN that the company got themselves in to this quagmire, and because of it, took investors with them in to the quick sand? and they're probably not going to get themselves out of it, and in the meantime, they're happy to run the company down just in case they lose the court case? my views. If the claimants lawyers are looking in, I'd be getting interlocutory relief in the form of an injunction on those directors shares as a minimum! Aubery, nothing will happen until the High Court case is determined. If they lose, the damages could be massive, and they will have the claimants legal costs to pay also. If the claimants lose, they might well appeal, but I doubt the company will be operating as a going concern by then, so the shares will have little value anyway and the so called 'assets' are on russian soil, and whilst unexcavated, belong to the russian state! This has gone to the dogs, the Nomad will walk soon, the excuse being that he can't be paid. Look how much they must have burnt in legal fees and paying Logik compensation, the money is all but gone. They're not producing anything because I suspect they have been advised by their lawyers that they stand a good chance of losing the High Court case, and they can't afford to settle it, because they don't have the monies to do so, or at least not where it can be touched! They've known about the dispute since 2018 and have slowly moved what they can out of the court's juridiction, I'm surprised the lawyers for the claimants haven't brought that up, as the 'nickel assets' as such have been moved out to Cyprus, although don't the claimants operate out of Cyprus, but even so, the court case is within the jurisdiction here and the company is registered here. The monies for the Rosgeo buy out, where did that go exactly? and as I've kept saying, the least the Board could do is forego their salaries, especially CS, but no, they never have and won't, they'll just bleed the company dry. The court could order the transfer of shares from directors to the claimants, and it could order transfer of assets, if they win their case, but it's a lengthy process, and I'm amazed the claimants lawyers haven't sort to try and secure some funds by way of injunctive relief pending the outcome of the trial, may be they will if they can locate the Rosgeo monies but that hasn't happened so far. At least by stating they are not operating, they can't now use the argument that they need monies to operate as an ongoing concern, so may be the claimants lawyers will now try and seek interim injunctive relief/a stay so as to secure whatever there is, such as the concentrate may be, although tricky as it's on russian soil. Best bet would be to go for the directors shares and get a stay on anything happening with those and the Rosgeo monies if they can be tracked down, but offshore acounts are always an issue. My views, but it would take an absolute miracle for this to be saved now the way I see it. My views.

I then responded by saying "I think you'll find a lot will be out before 25p!"

Yes, I did say my average is 8p and yes, I probably will be out before 25p, because this is AIM and it's all too easy to lose your money on AIM, so I would be very happy with a target of 25p, but if, on the other hand, the company sell Tel/Hav 30%, then I will be very happy with a special dividend, whatever that might be and retain my shares.

Can't see anything wrong with what I stated back on 21 August quite frankly.
