Keep throwing the insults but they're not going to work. I've won costs against barristers many a time in matters like this. I haven't seen all the pleadings, but I've seen the claimants particulars of claim and amended particulars of claim. They would not have been advised to bring the case if a) they didn't own the shares in the first place and b) they had made every effort to sort the matter out prior to issuing proceedings because after 2.5 years nothing was happening from the defendants side. I said months ago eurasia would be best to settle it. They've settled one, they need to get a move on and settle this one, problem is, they are now trying to settle it without paying any damages, but by just giving new share certificates effectively, and that won't wash, not least because by giving the impression that they will issue new share certificates, they've actually acquiesced to the claimants arguments, that they were entitled to the same. my views, but what a waste of court time and money because someone simply can't be bothered to hand out new certificates even when an indemnity is offered, no doubt because they didn't want the claimants flooding the market with their shares. Makes me so angry. My views but the company got themselves in to this mess, and they've dragged shareholders in to it as a result, and then tried to keep it quiet/under the radar for 18 months! my views, from Miss Angry on behalf of genuine shareholders not the likes of IKN, DR, Stonk and the rest of those bullsh+tters.

Stonk, I haven't seen the application so how would I know! How would anyone know who hasn't seen it or attended the online hearings? I haven't attended any. I have no details of the application. You lot really are getting desperate.

No one in their right mind would try to adduce evidence at this late stage, it's bad form, and if it's the same Judge hearing the trial, heaven help the company now. I wonder how much they are going to have to pay in costs for the other side for that side show? as a costs order will have been made against the the losing party. I cannot see costs being reserved for that application, there should be an order for costs, as it was a waste of everyones time. my views.

Hav 30% is definitely going to Newmont, sure of it, and we're expanding en masse with Rio with us! Money from the sale of Hav will be of help. I said there's going to be a land grab. It's going to be medium term, although Rio will work it with all speed I'm sure, but it has the prospect to be big. I doubt they will be able to sell the concentrate. I think the big miners have enough on their plate processing their own and making sure it meets sustainability/environmental pledges. It also costs a fortune to do it. Russia's track record with Norilsk for example, isn't exactly great on that the environmental side of things is it for a start!
