IKN, even I put in to help that cause, no onus, but I wanted to help out for charity, I always like to give a little bit where I can, particularly to charities that I feel need a little bit of help, so get your hand in your pocket and put that £80 in, it's the least you can do, especially after the all the abuse you've hurled at me for some considerable time, the least you can do is make amends over that and the other stuff and pay the £80, and you can do it anonymously, but put it through as £80, from you, and not one of your 'mates' from TG, have a conscience for once.

Ah you see IKN you have just let the cat out of the bag. If you are right, then the company are attempting a climb down, they will now accept a countersignature to say the certificates have not been transferred. Now why didn't they do that in the first place back in 2018? that begs the question. Why didn't they simply ask for that in the first place, rather than all the messing about they've caused, and court time to boot? So now, depending on what the Master has actually ordered of course, and if the counter signature is provided if that is what is now sought, then damages are going to be colossal! So where's the money going to come from to pay for those damages from the company? plus all the legal costs including Mispare's and Queelds?

Don't forget my £20 and the verbal abuse that Giant Steps levelled at me which was totally uncalled for!

Well IKN, as the hearing was listed for 1-2pm, and as an order won't have been typed us as yet, I'm assuming you're listed with your email addy on that round robin email sent by the court!

So you're saying eurasia are now trying to back down then IKN? because that's what it sounds like. I said they need to settle it, looks like they might have been advised to try and do so, trouble is the damages will be high, as the matter started with correspondence back in 2018! and where's the money coming from to pay the damages?

Funnily enough B1ll, I always wanted to be a detective, but my dad said he wasn't having his girl being a policewoman and I was coaxed to the other side of the fence so to speak! Always regretted it, as my detective work has come in useful at times!

I have, and they've now taken mine off, but I can see everyone elses, so if any of you have your email addys on there, I would ask if I were you to have it removed from the round robin list they create. If you haven't consented to it going on to a public round robin style list for public consumption, then I believe it is a breach of current Data Protection laws, but wasn't my area of specialism I hasten to add!

IKN I've just got the email with the button to click to join in the meeting, what I don't like is the fact that the court have sent it with everyones email addys on, which is a breach of Data Protection laws I believe as I didn't consent to my email addy going on to a round robin email of that nature. So now I can see who else has obviously applied as well!

Well there you go IKN, I've just got an invitation to join the hearing today, problem is, I'm not quite sure how to do this thing with Teams. I have got a Teams account but I've never used it for anything! The court has given me the codes though!
