Should have made that clear, Newmont's shareholders would no doubt have reason to be annoyed if an updated MRE is produced by us on the basis that Newmont or say IGO are going to offer to buy out our 30%. If we stay in the JV but with Newmont obviously, then it's a different matter, but I imagine Newmont are going to have to be very careful how they sell any deal if we produce an updated MRE if you get my gist.

Ask yourselves the real reason why we are not listing on the ASX? If we are listed, we have to be JORC compliant, if not, then nada. So will we actually see the MRE? remember Newcrest produced an out of date one, or should I say the last one actually commissioned to our knowledge, so imagine, if we produce an up to date one, and then Newmont shareholders are up in arms if the value of Tel/Hav together have increased somewhat?

The climb down on the ASX listing is, in my view, because we won't have to accept the JORC compliant code!

There's nothing to see here until the court case is decided, and whether the losing party appeals. If the company lose .... well you can draw your own conclusions on that one I'm sure!

And why would they do that Beast? because they need someone to shovel the minerals out for them, as per the minutes of 26 december last year, the State want the minerals for their own domestic markets, it's all just a big con! my opinion, but I'm sure many would agree from where we stand since 8 years and 8 months ago they announced they had interested parties for MT, and yet still no sale! Longest no sale in history, yet not dead, but LOW VISIBILITY as nothing on the horizon!

It's looking more likely in the whole scheme of things that Newmont will divest, and to IGO possibly, and Twiggy will want our 30%, the question is at what price, and what will that independent MRE show? I'm not convinced we will let the Rio JV go though, that would seem foolish to do so imo.

Zoros, Twiggy is planning on building his own processing plant starting at the end of the year, or that is the plan for IGO. I posted a link I think to this a few days ago when I started with the heading Join The Dots.

GGP should release one, they are in a joint venture with Newcrest, so GGP shareholders are affected by the decision, although not having any vote on the matter of course.
