Roger, matters are being investigated by the FRC to my knowledge and as far as I am aware, that is still ongoing, and I would hope that they will also consult other authorities and do a thorough investigation in the round. This has to be stopped on aim once and for all, both the scamming companies and the scamming thieves who patrol these boards. Mac was brought to the attention of the FCA in 2016 when he had the handle Aberdeenman, but the FCA were just totally spineless and did nothing. Summit, I had already posted a link to a firm of lawyers who deal with mining company matters and it was as clear as day on their site. They are a UK legal firm who deal with issues of mining companies operating abroad. Suggest you do some research.

So the question now is, is it settled, or is it still in situ? and if it has been miraculously settled, where has the money come from to settle it?

CS only issues rns's for court cases where it suits his agenda - look how nothing was rns'd about the Mispare and Queeld case until a shareholder discovered it, yet he's been happy to issue an rns to say proceedings have been taken elsewhere in another company he's involved in!

So it is there, wonder how much they owe Gowlings in fees? suggests Eurasia must be out of cash otherwise surely they would have paid them. So Gowlings represented them on the Logik case and assumedly haven't been paid, even though they must have brokered a settlement. Not good at all when you're own solicitors are effectively applying to put you out of business!

The Board stated low visibiity on a sale, and they have not signified anything different to date. I smell suspension, and unfortunately, folks are being persuaded to buy in and will then be trapped, and the company will be the winners with your cash, despite de-list, cloudtag on repeat. my views.

This is what happened with Mac's cloudtag capers, exactly the same, pretending to hoover up shares and then offering to buy them right at the lowest of lows from those that stayed until the bitter end before suspension and de-list!
