Beast, rns of 19 Sept said they had 400k cash left apx. By all accounts, money would therefore have run out.

Today, 3 months later virtually, they mysteriously have 500k cash, but no treasury bonds any more. I said they would not be able to move any monies from those bonds in to the UK, and I doubt they have been able to do so. As always, most of the money is out of the jurisdiction and untouchable here. my views.

Latino get real, the US treasury bonds are now gone, they are burning through cash like wild fire. How many so called experts are they still paying? then directors salaries? then Gowlings, who brokered a settlement for them in which they had to pay probably close to the 300k claimed in the court proceedings plus the other sides costs probably. So what happened, as they only had 400k cash then? now they say they have around 500K? really? what have they not rns'd that they should have done so if the cash position had changed somehow?

Del, its too late, the last chance to finally try and do something was the last agm, that was it. I did say then about it but as usual I was shot down, and of late, OSF has been one who has been keen to shoot me down, which I'm very surprised about, but just goes to show, there's very few genuine people on here to be honest, and when the genuine try to help, you just get shot down and abused continually.

The first thing they could do with that money they have left is pay Gowlings off, but they've no intention of doing that, because to do so now will raise questions with the court, when the court start to query whether they are a going concern. Furthermore, this is the last two fingered salute from the BOD to Mispare and Queeld, I'm convinced of that, this will delist just as they are about to get their share certificates replaced! entirely my views of course.
