There is no placing due, at the investors Q&A session with LB and GJ both present, it was made clear, that is not their preferred route now, and they intend to look for alternative methods of financing once the ML is granted, including finance houses. Once they have the ML, there's enough security there for whoever might come aboard, as they will see the FS and remember, it is clearly stated by LB and others, that this is a very UNIQUE play that we have.

Herbie, there won't be a delay, and the likelihood is, as you lot in your boiler room will know, that it will be expedited, as time is of the essence now, especially with the Middle East mess, as green energy will become more and more at the forefront, whilst the the warring factions blow up the worlds supplies of gas and petrol between them in yet another pointless and devastating war costing thousands upon thousands of countless lives of innocent people.

Chesh, not as hot as I'd hoped but I didn't drink it straight away, it will probably take a bit of time for the boiler that comes with it to heat up supposedly! The boiler and de-scaler last 2 years apparently before they need replacing!

I didn't actually bin the kettle as it's an alessi and fairly new, and is colour co-ordinated with the kitchen, so will hang on to it! :)

Engineer came to fit the new lush Quooker tap, how did we ever manage without one?! Just having my first cuppa from the on demand boiling water, kettle now binned!
