Thanks H4H, yes I was aware of the differences, I just thought suddenly last night that I'd missed something in relation to suspension, but relieved to know it's not the case. Thank you for not being rude, unlike some on here, and no theofficecat, I am not connected to anyone else as a tag team, just shows how stupid you are.

Toffers is currently sitting with over 11 million shares theofficecat so I have every right to be concerned. TG change things at the drop of a hat and I just wanted to be sure that there wasn't something I had missed that's all. You've got a nerve when you've caused so much trouble on other forums.

Phew, true, although she ha suspended online content licences for 30 days. Thanks guys, just haven't been thinking straight last 24 hours, what with builders dropping planks of wood outside the house behind me at 7am this morning and banging for months. Need HE1 to come up trumps so I can get back to my roots in the countryside finally so I'm praying for us all that are invested, good news cannot come fast enough :)

Not deramping, because I have quite a lot invested in this again, but the announcement by the Govt on 13 August that the president had ordered the mining ministry to suspend the granting of any new licences concerns me. What are others views on this? Will it affect us as I assume we will be classed as a new licence as it is a change from a prospecting licence to a full mining licence. Can anyone be certain that it won't affect us?

Not fool proof Crypt, you do know they use facial recognition to try and identify deceased migrants don't you? it's not impossible to use a deceased for facial recognition purposes, although difficult. There's a lot of research going on currently in forensics relating to facial morphology and plenty to read about it. imo.

Can someone pinpoint for me please if there is anywhere where we can see the progress of the mining licence in Tanzania? usually it's a matter of public record but I'm struggling to find if there is anywhere where we can view it's progress etc?

Not that simple Crypt, unless they are physically asked to go somewhere to produce the documentation for it to be checked or the documentation is certified as a true copy of the original by a lawyer. You know what some of these lot are like with cut and paste!

Looking at what's going on here this morning and the calibre of the posters, I don't think these are shorters, but brokers stooges. Shorters will stop at nothing to drive the price down, but I don't think that's what's happening here, so I think it's interns at the broking houses trying to fill a big order between them. Next few day trading days will tell no doubt.

Essentially it's fraud, shorters are deceiving others by what they post on chat forums in order to make gains for themselves predominantly by attempting to crash the stock price which means that many lose the value of their investment, fraud is a serious crime, and you will note, Left is also being sued personally in the civil courts, no doubt by those who wish to regain all the monies they have lost. So watch out shorters, I suspect your days will be numbered if Left loses in the US, and civil repurcussions could mean that you all lose your assets gained from this 'fraudulent' activity.

Robbdabank, they don't have to, they simply pass the details over to the police who will then have to investigate and prosecute

Would be good if everyone could do what I do, which is keep a name of the handles, so that if shorting is banned in the UK if Left loses his case in NY say, then it will be worthwhile submitting all the handle names to the FCA en masse, and there's plenty, as I can go back quite a long way with the handles, and I'm sure others can also.
