You don't just change a date on an application! It's a legal document open to challenge, you can't just change the date of an application, there must be an explanation, why the discrepancy in the two dates?

Blubay, I've given you the rns, and if Wimbledon is correct, then the two dates for application are 5 months apart. You have provided no evidence at all. You are just guessing, like we all are, apart from what we know on the original submission date which is there in black and white. So, for the sake of clarification, the company need to come out of hiding and explain. It's your investment, it's my investment, and as it stands, I read that as the actual date the application has been made to MOM, ie 20 February, so was it a new application? a revised application? or what exactly?

That doesn't explain the change in date, and it being 5 months on! I suspect they looked at it, and rejected it for revision, and it's now been resubmitted, but the company needs to explain.

17 September 2024 company issues an rns stating;

"The Company has now submitted a comprehensive Mining Licence ("ML") application to the Ministry of Minerals ("MoM") and Mining Commission ("MC") for the southern Rukwa Helium Project which encompasses the Itumbula, Tai and southern prospective areas for commercial development"

24 February 2025, you notify that the application is now showing on the MOM website as application dated 20 February 2025.

Someone from the Company needs to explain why the difference in the two dates, and fast.

I read it that if the application date is 20 Feb 2025, something occurred between 17 September and 20 February that the MOM wasn't happy about and the application had to be resubmitted. Remember, this is a first for helium, and so it's not inconceivable that the MOM want everything to be spot on before registering the application. I don't blame the MOM, they have put that date as the application for some reason, but I do blame the company, they need to explain, did they have to resubmit? why 20 February? the fact that they have said nothing leaves everyone guessing, and the fact that they are not saying, leads me to believe there was a glitch. imo.

Blubay no I haven't as Wimbledon stated it says application date 20 February 2025. Therefore, something has been applied for on that date and entered on to the system showing that as the application date. Anyone remember a similar scenario before elsewhere, and that didn't end well! The company need to explain why does it show the application date as 20 February, it needs clarifying, as they rns'd the application was made on 17 September 2024.

Wimbledon, a lawyer always goes on dates of applications. If they have recorded it as being received on to their system with an application date of 20 Feb 2025, that's how I read it, and I suspect a decision will be somewhere now between June and September.

Then it should be made clear Blubay, as at the moment it states application 20 February, and I would take that as the date received in to the system and the whole process begins.

Perhaps it means the MOM wasn't happy with the initial application and asked the company to go back and revise it and now its showing as submitted on 20 Feb? I think the company need to clarify this as they stated the application had been made in September and rns'd it as such.
