"Short selling update: 12 February 2025

The Treasury published the final Short Selling Regulations 2025Link is external in January 2025. They set out high level requirements for the new UK short selling regime. They also give the FCA powers to set out more detailed rules to complete and implement the new regime. We aim to consult on our new short selling rules in Q3 2025.

Certain aspects of the regulation will be implemented once we have finalised the new rules and have allowed time for the FCA to make any technical and operational changes. This includes the new requirement to publish aggregated net short positions by issuer.

In the interim, the existing UK short selling regime will continue to apply, including the current public disclosure of individual firms net short positions in issuers at the 0.5% threshold and above."

3.0260 are the trades either side of it, so pretty sure it was a buy at 3.1000

Crober, there were a few 100 share trades floating through, so guesswork was that MMs needed shares, there were also a few 50's and 30's! So there we have it, a buy was being worked, good spot. Back up tomorrow hopefully :)

And soon, it's a steal for a big player in the AI market place.

The just over 1p was a couple of weeks ago, we went over 1p, so was it written then? if so, then it would seem plausible to me.
