gogs made a very valid point this morning, what was the reference number of that application, made in September, to see if it matches with the one noted for 20 February 2025? that would be a start. But I don't have the reference number for the original as I didn't see it, does anyone else?

Chesh you are wrong, the company did not state it was submitted on 17 Sept, they rns'd that it had been submitted on 17 Sept.

Wimbledon then informs us all this morning that the application has now appeared on the MOM site, but the application is dated 20 February 2025.

So the company need to clarify, is this the same application that was submitted and then rns'd on 17 Sept? or a re-submission for some reason? because until the company explain the disparity in the two dates for the application, then none of us are none the wiser. We can all throw our two penny worth in, but the proof in the pudding is for the company to clarify in view of what has been said this morning. imo.

24 February 2025, you notify that the application is now showing on the MOM website as application dated 20 February 2025.

SF, I've no doubt it was submitted by 17 September, as it was rns'd, what we don't know is whether it was withdrawn by agreement, and re-submitted, in which case, that should surely have been rns'd, otherwise why now have the application date of 20 February 2025? The company need to explain as it's caused a lot confusion. As someone else has just said, if they had detailed the steps, it would have helped, but they've said nothing, and sorry, but I don't trust them, and certainly not Jacobs, and it wouldn't surprise me one iota if it has been re-submitted, by agreement, but they wanted to keep it quiet.

I'm jut listening to Bixby on Sunday Roast, 2nd February, it's quite an eye opener, and although it doesn't relate to Cykel exactly, it does relate to AI. With the clientele he has for Cykel, I'm hoping he sells the company before too long and at a very good price. Anything north of 50o would be a great return imo.

I've contacted the company. They issued the rns, they need to explain.

You don't just change a date on an application! It's a legal document open to challenge, you can't just change the date of an application, there must be an explanation, why the discrepancy in the two dates?
