I should clarify acceptance as well, that only becomes legally binding upon acceptance and consideration being paid, so if the company need to hand over dosh, that will have to be done at the same time, unless another arrangement for payment is agreed.

What I meant was they could withdraw it, and then later offer it to someone else. An offer can be withdrawn at any time, it only becomes legally binding when there is acceptance, so the company need to get a move on. I've just bought £10k's more, and might add another £10k before the day is out.

They can't dither over the offer of the ML, as there's always the risk the offer might be withdrawn, so it wouldn't surprise me if we get an rns later today confirming acceptance and terms of the same to follow or something along those lines. If they dither, they risk the TG putting the offer out to another, so the company needs to act fast, and I think they will. Friday late rns would be good to give the investors time to consider further investment over the weekend.

Trustpilot is an interesting one as they are clients, and they are using it AI to weed out false rating reviews, so as to protect their credibility in the ratings industry. I think they use the recruiter with us, but not for ratings, but if we could crack them to transfer to us on the ratings side, that would be massive. Similarly, other companies who provide ratings approvals are seeking to do the same and use AI to weed out fraudulent reviewers.

Medical and legal AI are becoming more prevalent. I suspect the insurance industry are now using it big time as well to assess whether to take risks on a potential insuree.
