Cityfile, conveyancing is a different ballgame, you can't compare that to company law, totally different procedures and third parties to deal with including irritating estate agents!

To be honest Crypt, I would hope the company's lawyers were already working on drawing up the bare bones of the acceptance and documentation required in the intervening period between September and now, so hopefully, there isn't too much to do, just a bit of fleshing out, but they do need to signal acceptance asap, so I would ideally hope it will come this next Monday latest.

I hope they are Elrathia, not bothered if it costs the company a bit more, it will be worth it, but with the creation of a new company, articles of association etc required, and I hope the possibility of moving to main market, there will be a lot going on.

This coming Monday or the next one! I'm hoping this Monday, as they need to get a move on and get it accepted pronto so I hope the lawyers are working overtime :)

In that another helium company (won't name, find yourself, otherwise the negheads will be trying to remove), has formed a strategic partnership with Eneos Xplor USA Ltd part of the Eneos Group, for $2.7 million dollars, so based on that, I can't see that we would have any problems raising finance imo.

How about that share that has two figure 8's in it and ends in e, they've got nothing, and producing nothing, yet they've been around for years now, and still mug the punters! We have a feasibility study, it's a legal document upon which parties rely on when making decisions that will have legally binding connotations, and now we have a credible ML offer, capable of acceptance, which will then form a legally binding contract when the consideration is paid, which will be the fee. We know the helium is there, TG know the helium is there, and we will be producing by early 2026 all being well. Helium is so sought after you can name your price for it. This is truly an unique opportunity imo.

However, we understand the need for an independent third-party assessment of the resource estimates.

We are addressing this with a view to providing a Competent Person’s Report (CPR) in due course, which will be made publicly available at the right time.
