LOL, the poster accusing me of rudeness and aggression is going to stalk my posts. Oh dear, oh dear. Best go and have a cup of Willieckerslike's tea and take a breath. While you're at it why not think about the fact you posted that if holders make 180% profit from here it will be a bad thing. Oh dearth dear.
LOL, another one trying to get back at me with the rude thing. Just because guzzler uses disgusting and aggressive language against me and cant control his temper he and others in his deramp crew, I guess you now included, seek to paint me in the same light. Factually incorrect and easily provable by reading my posts. I neither attack nor am I rude, merely observant.
LOL, as if many holding at this price give two hoots about possible dilution at 0.3. The most desperate deramp in LSE history? Got to be.
indeed. Most BOD in AIM companies hate takeover bids as they very rarely survive and have to kiss goodbye to their cash cow. The directors here have put themselves in the position where if they sell out for around 1p a share they will divi out nearly £4m between them after the recent options award. I would be hoping for nearer 2p but 1p would do I suppose.
lol, guzzler got out of the wrong side of bed this morning. Can just see the smoke coming out of his ears.
Hopefully add to the upward momentum today.
Aggressive times.
LMFAO, now they are deramping based on the time of day an announcement is made. I thought 17.00hrs on Friday was no ones looking o'clock. No doubt being a bank holiday on Monday changes that. Hilarious.
Totally agree guzzler. Thank goodness the buy price is 0.119 and not 0.19. If only there was some way to take advantage of that.
I suppose they could have done a placing at 0.11 and bought all 340m in that, but that would have sent you Beswick undoubtedly. They couldn't buy any in significant numbers at these all time lows on the open market as just 20m moves the sp up or down silly amounts. So they did the best thing all round. Committed to buying nearly £400k once shareholders have made nearly 200% from here. A fantastic arrangement all round. If it doesn't happen they don't get a pay rise.
I know you are not averse to the occasional porky guzzler but that's a whopper even for you. They have just committed to buying 340million at these near all time lows.
LOL, I cant move that fast.
It's almost as if the sp was engineered down to these levels to get those options issued at 0.11. Now for the engineering to get the sp up to 0.3. Quite clear as far as I can see. Just got a load more, looks a gift.
So they get nothing unless the sp is 0.3 weighted over 10 days. No matter how hate filled guzzler and incoherent lost money spin it its only costs the company a penny if I make 180% profit. That's fine with me. Definite upwards momentum since a couple of trainee derampers have turned up. Keep up the good work fellas.
no lost. "200 available for each collection???" from guzz's post. They did teach you what a question mark meant at school I guess. Don't really give two hoots about your posts.
A bit disappointing that Guzzler has been shown up so early. He has spent months bleating on about no numbers for this no numbers for that, quoting EFC on numerous occasions. Many of us who had done the research ( not difficult to watch the original Heroes NFT videos, though this seems to have been above guzzles head) and knew the numbers but why do research for someone who has nothing but hatred for the company. Quite a few here know the answers to your never ending chain of questions, we just have no interest or intention of telling you.
guuz, at last some self awareness.
just to keep SP flat. No wonder they seem to getting a bit tetchy.
Calm down, I know we appear to have upward momentum from recent lows, but don't let it upset so much.
And there we have it. If the figures don't suit your negative agenda, say the company have got it wrong. Proof if any were needed that engaging with the deramp crew on here is pointless.
lost money, the sites you mention do not tell the full story unless you know how to use them. Is it very few or none? Two different things both of which are incorrect, even my goldfish knows that. I think you are probably not using the site incorrectly. Typical of many posters on here blaming MOS for their own failings. Very argumentative tone you're taking there. Perhaps try a more constructive post?
Highly likely the EFC packages have sold out. Always thought they would. Im guessing revenue around $250k probably more. No miracle required, was always very likely to sell out. Very lucrative, as you say, but the footy will be bigger, both will be dwarfed by the F1 and the other forthcoming deals.
Lucrative times.
