Its a disgrace the way some posters pretend to be concerned holders, spouting half truths and total lies, scaring holders into selling up and putting off potential new buyers. They are conspiring to provide cheap shares to the 1million buyer at 0.4. Totally immoral and the exact opposite of their claims of being "here to save others".

They're cleaning up.

Pretty transparent. Scae some silly sellers into silly sells then pick them up at 0.4. Happening every day the 0.35-0.4 lasts barely a few minutes before its bought out.

Scheduled maintenance gone wrong apparently.

A couple of injudicious comments recently about BOD ability to manage disgruntled shareholders and the quite farcical made up mate of hoop's who was selling because of moaning on the forum. Please! I think someone is exiting because they've been rumbled.

I guess the obvious explanation could distressed seller and the MMs happy to take as many as they have. Still doesn't explain lack of reporting though. Adviser should be all over that.

One way it can work is if they don't have to settle the trade with the seller until they have sold the shares on at a higher price. Whatever the explanation is I appear to be in the same boat as the MMs, who according to my calculations have around 50m at least on their books. TBH its not too bad a boat to share.

Not sure about a placing. The MMs are paying 0.6-0.5 for tens of millions and not selling any. If the placing comes in at less than current sp then they will be left with a major loss. Doesn't sound like any MMs I know.

To add to the list. Happening in plain sight and company plants on this forum just blindly ignore it. Surprised Brendan Mary Dyson the imaginary major holder didn't claim the 17k hoover up earlier.

When the truth will out. Either that or the books will have to get balanced. The latter is what Im hoping for. Still not sold a bean.

By the way vampire, I make it over 80m since Feb and over the entire issued share capital of the company in the last 24 months. I have spreadsheets which detail all these round figure sales, which I will be distributing at the AGM. Something really stinks here. Before anyone says anything, buys don't even make a dent. There's a black hole that would make the UKs look like a pin prick. Got my son to do it, paid him £500 and it took him a week.

First question you need to ask. Where are all these shares that are being sold? The MMs storing them? Not likely. They don't exist, it's a total sham, a fabrication. Next question. Why?

Although I got nowhere with the FCA, I have received more encouraging response from the AIM itself regarding the constant sale of shares which either do not exist or are being sold with the relevant reporting. The numbers now sold far exceed the last placing, so CMC is a red herring. Something seriously wrong here.

I know all that, it's irrelevant when millions of unaccountable shares are sold every week. Are you folk totally blind? Obviously not so there's only one other explanation, you're part of the sham.

I think pretty much everyone understands what "we" have. A sham. Oh by the way, here come the sells again, you know, the ones that you so called investors never mention and seem totally unconcerned about. Brendan Dyson, the imaginary hoover man.

If theyre negotiating a sale of the company the big earners are the first down the road the buyer only wants the IP. Just working his notice while looking for another job. Or not.
