The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
OD3OD,
Your opinion, please.
“that 53% of all samples collected contain an average 5.12% Tio2, and 60% were anomalous in copper”.
Does this mean 60% of the original complete batch, or 60% of the 53% ? Sorry to be little educated.
Can l interrupt just to say that I very much appreciate those who do the research and make their conclusions available to us all. Of course, us all make our own decisions and are responsible for them. At 92, I have learned to tell genuine advice from ramping, I think. Hope so, anyway, as the lessons have been expensive.
The freedom of ships to burn what they like at sea is in fact severely restricted, and is becoming more so by the day. In any case, port authorities will soon be denying entry to harbours to ships belching black smoke, and canals will bar passage to ships emitting nasty gasses. It’s the way things are going, and at an increasingly rapid rate.
Put another way, shipping companies have no choice but to change fuels,
which is why MSC is bothering to talk to QED.
“Don't waste your time with pointless post's on here !” Someone wrote this very day.
“Aquafuel have confirmed that it was possible with bioMSAR™ to reduce the inlet air temperature to the same level as diesel”
I need help in understanding the above. It seems to me that the only way to reduce the inlet air temperature is to go further north?? Try not to call me stupid.
Indigo, You cannot leave us. I forbid it.
“DPS you have not lost money unless you have sold your shares,”
Oh yes you have. To think otherwise is called delusion.
“Where's our commercial manager when we need him or her? Oh I forgot we don't have one.“
We don’t have one because a fast talking salesman primed with some chemical equations relating to oil isn’t going to be able to bum-rush the CEO’s of important energy companies.
Soulac. I follow what you say, but I understood that the resulting oil product then had to be made less viscous by adding solvents to permit pumping, and then required refining. QFI’s technology allowed both of these “inconveniences” to be avoided. Can you put me right on this?
Am I wrong in thinking that the very good returns possible with the use of this technology requires the recovery of the solvents used? That is to say, QFI is also a way into the success of Petroteq.
If everybody starts to use methanol, what will refineries do with their tailings if they cannot sell them as HFO?
Correction: Should be, “Owing to price fall.” Remember the ditty,
Owing to engine failure the car stopped.
The car stopped due to engine failure.
Trouble is I can’t remember why, but l remember being taught. Please excuse.
If you must quote Shakespeare, quote something we can better enjoy, such as,
“ Graze on my lips, and if those hills be dry,
Stray lower, to where the pleasant fountains lie”
Indigo, what a pity you are not batting for England. They need a lot of ones.
46gill. “If we have no new over the next few months, would anyone consider selling there shareholding if a major offered £100-£200m for the company as is?? i.e. 9p - 18p per share”
Suppose the offer came from a smallish company that could immediately benefit from our technology. A first contract, so to speak. Sell QFI, buy into the new owner....?
