This current sp been 10% down from where it has been might be in strolls favour as I think after the consolidation he won't want it dropping from what ever it opens at. Thats just start point. All this thats come before his what he inherited from before. So the lower it opens the less pressure he's under. He probably organised the whole of the brexit referendum from the start just to coincide with todays consolidation. We are in the safest of safe hands.
