Is in its final stages. Should be complete within the next month.
We are at a dose of 200mg/m2 of ava6000 which is 134 equivalent Dox.

As AS stated this very positive progress reflects the safety profile and tolerability demonstrated in patients in the study.
This is after all what the phase 1a aim is, to determine a dose level for the next phase.

Secondary to that aim is to characterise the pharmacokinetics in plasma, urine and tumour of ava6000, of the preCISION leaving group, and of active metabolites (dox)

Evaluate initial anti tumour activity

If all these objectives are positive (and we know they are gathering vast amounts of data for all objectives) Avacta will be able to prove that the pre|CISION platform works.
Not JUST one drug in ava6000 but the platform which opens up a pipeline of drugs, avacta currently list 9 under consideration (how many billions is that?) and we know the pro version of velcade is well underway.

Pre|CISION is not the only thing avacta are working on either. Most notable are the partnerships with LG chem and Daewoong.
