I get your point though that if in a few weeks we don't get anything the trolls will turn up telling us it's failed and we said there'd be news by now. As they did when the results were announced slightly later than expected by the consensus of posters.

At the end of the day though avacta haven't told us a date so they can't be late.

Most that post on here now are LTH so are in with conviction.
But at what point do those on the side lines start to take positions. Cohort four is 6 weeks in now at 200mg, the last cohort ran for 8 weeks.
So at the very least we can expect an RNS in the next 2-4 weeks stating either 1a complete or another escalation.

Guessing you'd want to be in before this point, but in reality this can't be bad news (unless after all this time they abandon 1b). If it's the end of 1a there will be details of the dose selected for 1b and an indication of when the full findings will be shared.

Very exciting few months coming up for Avacta, and indeed the cancer treatment world.

P1a can't actually fail though as its goal is to identify a dose for 1b

Saying that I guess it could have failed but that would have been very early on.

We are now at the dose of 200mg which is 130mg dox equivalent (been discussed loads so look it up but that level would kill people if it was freely circulating).
It's an open study real time reviews from avacta and the clinicians conducting the study, would have stopped long ago if it wasn't going well.

Safety committee and avacta will know by now how well AVA6000 is performing at this very high dox dose.
Exciting times, 2nd week of November for full data set is my guess.
