It's an amendment to a previous agreement, without referencing the original agreement details then you seem to be just guessing, facts please, not opinions. Any documents to reference?

Makes sense, can't imagine H&S would want someone wondering around filming if the plant was up to speed.

My previous post was in reply to someone further down the thread saying plant looked shut down, but I got distracted from typing for a while and posted up whilst unaware of your post.

Hope all's good with you, been a long time waiting with Kodal now, but feels like everything's coming together quite smoothly other than bureaucratic delays, nice that it's aligned with spod price showing signs of recovery though.

Shafts spinning and hoppers being filled.

PR wouldn't allow someone up there filming a dead plant.

I beggars belief really. We're at peak rainy season at Bougouni.

Mining has probably stopped.

But we've already mined a massive stack of ore and we're currently running it through the processing plant and producing lithium spodumene.

I don't get the big deal with a pause in mining whilst the rain comes through.

When it's sunny we detonate, excavate and stockpile enough ore to feed the plant through the year.

Then we run the plant all year round.

I won't be back to check the reactions to this post, but no doubt people will cast doubt in order to support their motives.

Isas, offtakes prior to mining are common place, in many cases by way of attracting investors.

My point is that the investor will be more comfortable signing up with tariffs in place, it's a fair perspective I think.

Do you not think the tariffs would be key to securing offtake agreements over the next couple of years?

If there's a 50% tariff imposed on imports, then surely that must affect the investment opportunity of a usa based mine for everyone. Traders, LTHs and cornerstone investors alike.

If I was the potential new investor, I'd wait for that to be 100% (given Trumps flip/flop history) before signing on the dotted line.

Would line up with a Friday after hours or Monday morning RNS. Then 4pm IMC.......
