Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Being honest, I think you're barking up the wrong tree. FFX/LLLs valuation was similarly conservative and reflects LOM and anticipated spod price decline as more mines come online in the future. Dilution seems enough to keep us moving through current negotiations until JV/funding lands. BA in all his interviews I have seen comes across as very genuine. I feel comfortable here still.
A comparison between Leo Lithium #LLL and Kodal Minerals #KOD, please go gentle on me??
Lithium explorers with neighbouring projects swiftly progressing towards being miners with a MOU to share facilities
#LLL owns 50% of the Goulamina Lithium project which has a NPV(net present value) US$2.94B
#KOD Kodal owns 100% of the Bougouni Lithium Project, NPV US$760m
To equate:
LLL has an asset valued at $1.47B
KOD $760m (circa 50% of LLL)
LLL market cap AUD$680m = £383.5m
KOD market cap £38.5m (circa 10% of LLL)
Based on the lithium alone (we also have gold assets) there’s 5x upside for KOD just to reach parity with LLL. I expect Parity on announcement of JV/funding which is imminent with talks already ongoing
Kodal background:
Fully permitted mining licence and environmental permit for Bougouni
Directors invested personal funds in the recent equity raise and have future share based reward incentives at Funding/JV and production milestones. Fully aligned with shareholders
Kodal are also developing gold assets which directors see being of equal value to the Lithium in the future (focus firmly on Lithium at the moment however)

Hey laverda, yeah I'm very well thanks, opposite of you just now as held up with some legal and planning hurdles before starting a big build project, enjoying the calm before the storm though.
Still calm regards kodal as well, seem to have developed a liking of Bernards quiet efficiency.
Try got let down by Piedmont:

I think "options" is the key word here. Forced seller maybe, but can de-risk totally and still has the options he cash in if he sees fit.
Love it when people bash a share so carefully, don't see any logical reason why anyone would do so. Strikes me as a buy signal.
Loads of news of late, upping the staffing numbers (some very well connected people added to the payroll recently (EA/codemasters links )), games list in the json file growing fast, minimum spend from azerion etc etc etc.
I'm in
Yes, me too. All be it a rushed one. Topped up yesterday, hoping the rns comes soon and expecting a lift when it does.
