Haha, good morning. I’m enjoying the dialogue AJ. I would be interested to understand Kodals vision for their level of involvement across all their sites going forward, do they see themselves climbing into with the biggest players possible to expedite development and taking a back seat or would they prefer a slow burn setup with a smaller outfit and a more hands-on approach.

With the revised feasibility study I'm assuming we can rely on the original cores to assess spod 5 with no need to drill again. However, will the spod 5 already be reported on or do we need to have the cores assessed again in a lab?

£117m is pretty much double mcap, so 30b shares. Can’t see them taking this route. I expect JV/offtake agreement.

Not sure where it's OK to withhold news, when it can affect the share price would make sense to me.

My point however, was that if I was setting this project up then I would be in talks with a number of parties but wouldn't formalise anything until after the licence was in place - point being that you never know who might show up waving money around once the project is de-risked to the extent of having the licence in-hand.

Thanks Ricardo and Daniel, nice to know I’m not the only one but wish it was none of us. This site is low grade. Was planning to read through some posts yesterday whilst waiting at my step daughters running club but realised the adverts weren’t really appropriate for the arena.

AJ225, can’t see that being of benefit to us. If I were negotiating a deal I’d rather have everything ready to go with minimal risk and then see who turns up with the biggest wad. That’s Just my opinion of course.

I imagine the 10% remaining buyout was established as an option agreement many years ago that Kodal could exercise at a later date (such as now) at their leisure. Probably quite a premium to the original purchase price but a bargain with present situation.
