The cabling will certainly increase demand but I’m more interested in the motors tbh. Every ev or fuel cell (hydrogen) vehicle will require a copper wound motor for movement as will anything using movement to generate electricity (Wind turbines, hydro electric dams etc etc). Basically both ends of ev - (creation of electricity as well as use of electricity) will rely heavily on copper. The green revolution is afoot and copper is slap bang in the middle.

News in January we were told and True to his word. Next step, very positive 2022 then.

somebody about the permitting:

"Barry. The Plan of Operations was submitted in June 2021. Comments on that
Plan were received and responded to, and the process remains ongoing, as
expected and all within the established procedure. The first draft of the
EIS will be prepared by the BLM when they are ready to do so. The public
will be invited to comment on that draft, also as part of the established
procedure.

In the meantime, the Company, of its own volition (it was not required to do
so), engaged with the local community in a meeting in Mackay in December in
order to get an early understanding of any issues of concern. That proved
extremely valuable. It is in our long term interests to ensure that the
local community are engaged and fully on board.

The overall permitting process is progressing and will continue to do so.

We look forward to a very positive 2022, on a number of fronts, and there
will be further news during January"
