George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
If all the tankers are from the same company and are going to the same refinery, would it be possible to either contact the tanker company and ask how many pick-ups they have done from HH, or indeed ask the refinery how many tankers they have received from HH? That way we would know if we have missed any... If they would release the timing info of collection too, that would make a good heads up to the photographers we have on the ground for future reference. ;)
trouble with UKOG and the other weald oilers is that people are investing in something they know f*** all about and are unwilling to learn either. Part of the game I'm afraid when it's so wildly talked about when every man and his dog who invest/trade on the AIM market will have heard of UKOG.
Was a short test on the three zones of interest.
The Portland flowed at 323 BOPD over a short 4 hour period.
They are now conducting the short test with a bigger pump. "Each test sequence will include a short, optimised rate test, together with a sequence of "choked back"(i.e. reduced) steady-state flow periods necessary to obtain the data required to determine the connected oil volume within each zone. A series of associated long pressure build up tests are also planned. Oil produced from the EWT will be sold on the "spot" oil market and any revenues will be utilised to offset overall testing costs."
So in only a short time i.e. 4-8 hours they will have potentially completed the new short test? Then move on to the chocked back stable tests which could take another 49 days to complete if they want to. Subject to all three zones getting equal time that is. Which of course it might not be divided up as simply as that.
Whether SS decides to report the zone as a completed test or short and chocked tests separately will potentially mean an RNS tomorrow?! IMO.
With so many and so frequent price monitoring extension over a few trading days the MM's must be finding it hard. Good. Once the RNS hits with flow the hope for the SP won't be held back by their games.
Well i would say that the onsite storage being what it is will allow us to spot the arrival of tankers more easily if they are required on a regular basis. that would help the investor confidence as we know SS can be a little shy on information at times.
at the moment will depend on the anticipated flows from the portland. We know the storage capacity on sight. We have feet on the ground providing valuable pictures equipment arriving and so we can determine although very crudely what they might be up to. The more tankers that arrive the better and the faster the SP will rise. The longer this first tanker takes and those after, its up to the market to hold it up or people will start to bail out. I fear the longer it takes for first flows the expectation of SP decline is going to happen judging from what happened at BB. All this before we even see an RNS.
all the very best to the LTH.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5sYJI_oCOWU well worth a watch. 5 min video.
Well, hopefully folks are now reassured that work has been ongoing, and at a fair rate I would say. I was pleased to read this RNS and it has come at a time when shareholders are getting edgy. I still can't see any negatives towards 401 and happy to keep my investment here until fruition. ATB LTH.
