The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
And once 330m shares have been sold.
So are there £2m worth of sales going through, I can't see any 100m+ numbers.....anyone.????
Acker,
Why would anyone with such large amounts, sell just before what would appear to be a good rns arriving.
Proof of deal, sc6.5..etc
They would make significantly more waiting a short time.
Only my guess of course..
Steward, I think they've been getting sold off all day, steady chunky sells up to 12 mil at a time, very unusual, especially as most people know there's more good than bad news coming.
Mr Bean, yep.
Acker, could I just clear this up in my though process.
400m ish shares will be sold soon by George to raise £2m to keep the boat floating.
5 billion shares can now be added to the companies stock "IF" ever needed to possibly, partially pay back Canmax. But the likelihood of the 5B shares ever being used is now very remote isn't it..!!!
Iky, it was something like 11B for and 180M against, so canmax either voted for or didn't vote, I'm sure in the meeting someone whispered they voted for.
Kelly, it did say earlier there was an ex canmax employee assisting in negotiations. Well that's what I thought George said.
Resolution passed, with a very high %, impressive...👏🤝👏
Definitely ISA's, probably someone with an ISA account in each of there families names.

Has a better ring to it.
Epic. In theory if the % that Mali took changed it would probably have effected kod too.
SP angel fortunately got the reason for the suspension wrong though and it doesn't effect kod at all.
Except for the drastic loss in SP caused be limp investors selling on any blip in proceedings. At losses to their potential profits I might add.

If its close,, why the 2 month extension..!!!
Have a read of Charles Archer's Prem case study on twitter, the mine is built, it will end up working before Canmax can legally do anything other than play ball, or Prem will look elsewhere for a partner, people are to hasty to sell at bad news.
Top up, it's cheep as chips..
With the cost of trying to achieve anything constructive in the UK at a increasingly high price, why would it be even remotely cost effective, when Atlantic lith open cast mine just trucks it to a refinery, also companies like Cleantech just pump brine water through a resin extractor plant. These are what will be bought, as they are as cheep as can be produced. IMHO..
Any idea why the sp is dropping, it looked like a good rns to me..!!!
The first issues to do with screening and a new device, raised a few weeks ago will be fixed within a week, the dust protection on the motor bearings will be sorted within 16 weeks or shorter.
All of this is at a cost to Stark.
There is an announcement from Stark by the end of the week to point out its not as bad as being made out.
Everyone should chill out and wait for the facts.
