Hi leg, I think it was called something very similar in an interview recently. The rns from 5th Jan calls it direct negotiations, it's basically agreed but needs fine tuning. That's why the pfs can be released at that stage.

Final day for applications was 26th Jan, but CTL submitted their revised application on 5th Jan.

Because the polygon % of 97% is already agreed as being enough and a signed mou from the authorities for >30m in finances already invested or available, the call back of CTL to finalise small technicalities should be quite fast, so with the expected date of "February", for this, I would hope it to be in the next 2 weeks, so not long tbh.

Called in to discuss technicalities, is in anyone's language a very good indication of success, prompting a sizable upside to the setpoint, so not long now...
