There seems to be very little mention on here that the Mali mining code, setting out there % cut in the profits, was placed under review in January, stopping any new licences being issued.

The first week of August saw the issuing of the new code, taking a bigger cut for Mali, amendments to all the paperwork would take some time, but I still think the end of this month is very achievable.

I 100% agree with you the RNS will make the sp go up...but, how have you missed the fact that £2m is immediately going to be raised by selling around 350 million shares, now. Do you not think that may drop the sp a tad.

5 billion shares can now be added to the companies stock "IF" ever needed to possibly, partially pay back Canmax. But the likelihood of the 5B shares ever being used is now very remote isn't it..!!!

Iky, it was something like 11B for and 180M against, so canmax either voted for or didn't vote, I'm sure in the meeting someone whispered they voted for.
