Ref 4th RNS today, Share options at a chunk less than the sp isn't going to help maters, Atlantic on the other hand offered share options in 2 years time at double the present sp, showing confidence in the bod.

The way I took the news was some older permits were cancelled as they were given out under the old government, possibly bending new eco rules, also future permits had to follow the new "water friendly" method that Cleantech is going to be using, so I can't actually see any problems.
