There now seem to be dozens of newbie names on this board, and you are welcome. You do not know how fortunate you are to be invested in GGP, one of the finest potential AIM shares that there ever was.
But you do ask a lot of unnecessary simple questions. Try some research , and look back on the contributor ththreads of those who are obviously knowledgeable - you can devise who they are from the awe and respect which some of us LTH's hold for those names, - dig back a bit and read ,- you will be well rewarded.
And it will ,- forgive me for saying this, and no ill will intended,- save the board with being clogged up with short one liners, and unanswerable questions.
The back threads and many of the links, on this board, are an absolute encyclopaedia of gold mining and GGP / NCM related data. Block cave mine and digest.
In any case, if you do not have that inclination, then JUST BE PATIENT - we are but a few days and hours from one of the best wake up mornings on 30th April - or for the savvy who are linked up to NCM news releases - go to bed later on the evening of the 29th, and your patience will be rewarded.
I am excited and very anticipatory. I have waited 8 / 9 yyears for this.

Perhaps Paddy we could have an " official " facts sheet, that all sensible contributors adhered to. And update it and add as we go along with cut and paste.

These days Iam awake at 6am and check my computer. You are obviously similarly inclined. My congratulations on the detailed background data that you seem to block cave mine, that serves to educate the rest of us.
The other nice thing about this time in the morning is that it seems only the more serious people seem to plug in, and there is a welcome absence of the "" rubbish "" contributors.

Why not try a recalculation based on ??? whatever proportion n you think is appropriate when Gold is $$$ 2500 or $$$ 3000 an ounce. It does take one into what one may consider totally unlikely , unrealistic regions despite being totally factual

Even tough it is an 18 month forecast, it is not going flat line for 17.5 months and then shoot north.
Bill Murphy of Metropole cafe ( a specialist gold pundit ) also reckons 3000 $$$'s end of next year.
So all you 3/4 informed calculators, you amateur MRE forecasters, you ever hopeful optimists ( like me ), - what does a futures Gold price of 3000 $ do to your valuations for the SP by the end of September ? December ? - Post MRE.
I dare not even print a figure.

My apologies for doing a reprint, but reading some of the contributions, I feel that some should take a more reflective view of the next 10 days. We do not know what will happen , only some of the constituent facts / myths.
There are a lot of new arrivals on this board with many asking the question. Well - no one actually knows.
What we do know is that this JV on Havieron is just about the best thing in small Aim company investment that there has ever been. BUT ,- we do know that there is an enormous gold discovery,- but not how enormous. And until there is evudential data ( and some of that - even a lot of that will be arriving after 10-00pm on the 29th / morning of the 30th. That is what we are all waiting for, and it is going to be stunning.
In the mean time you can all do your own ( sort of reasonably calculated from part knowledge ) BUT
WE do not yet know the full dimensions of the resource - the width / the length / the depth.
We do not know the AU grams per oz. of the ore body now being drilled - albeit we have a pretty fair idea from all the already published results.
WE do know from Paddy G's brilliantly regular and accurate photographic evidence from the satellite that there is huge activity from increased number of drills, and this would only be happening from positive activity.
We know that there is big machinery and men being moved in / recruited.
We also know that our future will essentially be determined by 2 guys, both hugely skilled, knowledgeable, skilled,
ambitious, and both holding good hands of cards.
They are both wanting an amiable , fair and equitable result for their companies and their shareholders.
There are other lions prowling the edges who would dearly love to get their company hands on the action, and will get in on it if the price is right.
Common sense will prevail, as it is too important to too many people to allow this to fail.
I cannot believe my ears as a long term shareholder that I got in so long ago and so cheap, that I am already doing quite well, but I am sitting now watching a huge event that is going to improve my personsl and family life by ....??????? I DO NOT KNOW.
But I am patient, and I now do not have too long to wait
Guess and ask away all you wish, but you could arrive at a whole raft of answers. You may be right and you may be wrong, - but you certainly should not be too dissatisfied.
Me - well if it is anywhere between a 50p and a £1-00 equivalent, then the Peruvian Prosecco will be opened.

A FAIR offer is an OFFER which is ACCEPTABLE to BOTH sides, an offer that has been put together by knowledgeable mining finance men from BOTH sides, and that reflects the potential size of the MRE'd assets plus other thrown in agreed side issues.
I ain't worried. No-one sells gold sovereigns for 50p pieces.. And certainly not Gervaise. .......Relax. ....ZZZZZZZZZZZ.

If all we get on the 30th are some stunning assay results , - AND some really enthusiastic inferences / intimations on the future, then that alone will super stimulate the SP . 12 to 15p says my instinctive and optimistic reaction.
Then keep patient for the next steps - MRE - etc.etc., 20 to 30p and growing.
Lots of possible options can arise, and most will be fair and equitable. Your going to do very, very well whatever. Patience.

I am superstitious and love racing, and ..... think.....this must be a good omen.
I am married to an old traditional MacMillan nurse, and a few years ago she was working at the King Edward v1 Hospital in Midhurst. Her Patient , a lovely guy in his last dying days was flown up by his best mates in a chopper to The Grand National to watch his horse, - Amberley Boy , and bu**er me, it won. He flew back that night , gave my wife a teddy bear and died a few hours later in peace and content. We still have teddy. Havieron sounds like it was destined.

Of course negotiations are tough, but they are between guys who have more or less equal access to ALL of the facts, are good business friends, who both have an interest in quite a long future, who do not want to fall out, who are both excited by the massive prospects for their companies and their shareholders, and I could imagine a number of ways the deal could be divi'd where we would all be deliriously content. These two will certainly not walk into the ring spitting blood.
We will end up ok.
