In recent times, this board has become absolutely crabbed up with newbies , unknowns , etc. and probably two thirds of the contributions were, - what time is Baxters presentation, no it isn't yes it is, isnt that a Bank Holiday, yes it is , no it isnt , ad eternal mind booringly infinitum. Space wasting.
Could I educate those who seem to fail to do any research, or those who think that a few knowledgeable people are at their beck and call , as they are too lazy to find an answer on their own .
DYOR - as it is known
The easy answer is to select a well known contributor, and for the purposes of this suggestion I will select our best known and most highly revered - PaddyGall, and CLICK on his name , and ABRACADABRA - you will have available to you the complete set of historical writings to provide you with every answer that you need.
OR
CLICK ON THREAD - the thread that has your research subject at the title head, and again ABRACADABRA you can follow a whole discussion on your chosen subject. ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED
I could start a list of suitable names to click on , and perhaps other trusted and erudite names could be added as we go along. I do not recollect all of them, BUT we will start with Paddy, modestly myself, Schlem, Stuart, Value finder .............
All investors with a long history in GGP, and who have done masses of off site research. You will then be able to find enough material to trawl through or write a book.
And the board will become crisp, brief, to the point, and informed again.
And just for sake of treating the board respectfully, cut the asterisked profanity and abuse, - it is just not suited to the purpose of this DISCUSSION BOARD.
