Sirs,
I have been significantly invested in a share for more than 8 years ( Greatland Gold , GGP ) , and have thus been able to follow the share price movements closely. In the last 18 months , further to an incredible flow of ( 100% ) amazingly good news , the SP has performed totally irrationally, and in a seemingly manipulated manner in a downward trajectory..
GGP is a successful gold / copper exploration company with a CEO ( Sean Day ) who joined GGP from a major mining company with numerous 100% mining licences , but specifically a Joint Venture arrangement with Newcrest Mining ( NCM - largest Australian miner ) for its Havieron project in the N.W Paterson Region.. N.W Aus. Havieron already has a proven Tier 1 6.2M ozs., every single drill has recorded additional Gold and Copper ,and with the size of the prospect expandig both width and length , and most significantly at depth ,the mine is described currently as a fraction of a fraction of its potential, which is estimated at plus 40 M ozs. Sean Day, the CEO , gives the private investors regular 30 minute video / face to face interview sessions , to discuss the exciting and ongoing development of GGP.
Newcrest owns a mine ( Telfer ) which after 50 years life is almost out of ore , 40 kilometres distant from Havieron, and it urgently needs a new supply to maintain the Mine. It owns 70% of Havieron under the JV with an option to purchase a further 5%. They have already dug a 400 metre decline and are working at racing speed to reach the ore.
GGP own a number of other surrounding prospects ( 100% ) plus a further JV with NCM, in The Paterson Region and 2 1M AU oz prospects in Tasmania.
Yet, despite every RNS , CEO statement ( a real beast of a discovery ) , news item, Broker analysis being massively optimistic , buys exceeding sells , a shortage of available stock , the MM’s are driving the SP lower and lower and lower. GGP has well over 50% private investor ownership , and all are refusing to trade their stock My understanding is that this degrading of the SP is caused by manipulation. And is not following normal patterns. I am an experienced investor of more than 60 years , and have never known such a confirmed spectacularly successful gold / copper discovery behave in such a contrary manner.
Someone / something / JPM / the institutions / the Brokers / the MM’s / …..whoever ., are controlling normal SP movement. Of this , there is little doubt.
I would be grateful if you would investigate.
